Model printing at top speed: V-Print model fast from VOCO

V-Print model fast is used for the generative production of dental models.

The advent of 3D printing technology in the dental laboratory promises significant savings in time and materials for the additive production of high-precision dental models. However, it is not necessary for all dental models to print with the minimum possible layer thickness. Often enough, higher layer thicknesses are sufficient in 3D printing, which can have a further positive effect on time and cost savings. Highspeed printing requires special printing resins whose material composition is optimised accordingly, but without restrictions in terms of quality having to be accepted.

V-Print model fast is one such optimised product with which dental manufacturer VOCO is expanding its portfolio in the area of 3D printing materials.

Temperature-resistant models for aligners and retainers

V-Print model fast is used for the generative production of dental models as required in the daily dental laboratory routine, as a preliminary step for the thermoforming technique. In this respect, the printing resin is ideally suited for the production of dimensionally stable deep-drawing models also for aligner therapy, thanks to its high temperature resistance.

Directly after the printing process, the produced components already have a very high green strength, which allows the production of cost-effective and material-saving so-called hollow-frame models which can be safely removed from the building platform.

V-Print model fast, available in the high-contrast colour blue, is offered in the economical 1,000 g bottle and complements the proven V-Print model printing material, which is ideally suited for the production of models in premium quality and surface finish - for high-quality dental prostheses with a precise fit, thanks to printing in a thin layer thickness.
