VOCO products are a familiar part of day-to-day dentistry – wherever you are in the world. Innovative materials with the “Made in Germany” quality seal are also in particular demand in Estonia, which is why twelve dentists recently flew around 1,000 km from their homes in Estonia to Cuxhaven, Germany, to gain a better understanding of the company’s headquarters, products and manufacturing processes.
VOCO had prepared a varied training workshop focusing on three products in particular: the world’s first all-ceramic universal restorative material Admira Fusion, the dual-curing universal adhesive Futurabond U and the glass-fibre-reinforced composite root post Rebilda Post GT. The dentists received not only extensive information straight from the horse’s mouth and a whole range of practical tips from the dental materials specialists in Cuxhaven, but also had the chance to try out the materials for themselves in a practical session.
Furthermore, VOCO invited the guests to take a peek behind the scenes. During a detailed company tour, they used the opportunity to get an impression for themselves of the research and development as well as in-house production at VOCO.
To round off their stay in Germany, the dentists took a trip to the island of Heligoland and then spent two nights in Bremen before heading home rested and relaxed.
