The Otoflash G171 is a flash-light polymerization device for the curing of light-curable resins. It has two flash bulbs at the bottom which are operated at a frequency of 10 flashes per second in the work mode. When flashing, the flash bulbs generate a highly intensive light radiation which ranges from 300 to 700 nm. This concentrated radiation of the targeted resin material results in a more thorough curing which provides enhanced physical values while achieving a reduced remainder of monomer content compared to other polymerization units. It comes with a protective gas (nitrogen) option to displace the oxygen and thus reducing the exposure of the workpieces to oxygen to prevent the formation of an oxygen inhibition layer which would potentially weaken the final result of the workpiece.
Short curing times thanks to 2 flash bulbs on the underside
Reliable curing due to intensive light output in a wavelength range of 280 - 580 nm
The device can optionally be supplied with protective gas equipment
