Validated 3D printing workflow with VOCO and Ackuretta

Strong cooperation with many advantages for dental practices and dental laboratories: all nine 3D printing materials from the Cuxhaven-based manufacturer VOCO are now also validated for the SOL printer from Ackuretta. In addition, the CLEANI washer and Ackuretta Curie post-exposure unit have also been approved in the scope of the expanded cooperation for V-Print printing materials. The selection of printers and devices for post-processing has thus been complemented with another successful partner, and you benefit from improved flexibility and premium quality at the same time.

“With our printing materials in the V-Print family we offer diverse areas of application for the additive manufacturing process – with true added value! For example, our printing materials are sedimentation-stable and do not need to be shaken before use. The printing process can thus be started immediately and runs reliably from the first right to the last layer,” said Dr. Axel Bernecker, Head of Marketing at VOCO. When using the products in combination with first-class printers like those from Ackuretta, users and patients can therefore be sure of obtaining a top-quality result every time.

Alongside the SOL, the FreeShape120, another printer from the manufacturer Ackuretta, has also been validated for multiple VOCO printing resins. The FreeShape120 is now compatible with both V-Print model and V-Print model fast as well as V-Print cast.

V-Print printing materials from VOCO: flexible and reliable...without shaking!

The materials in the V-Print family are suitable for a wide variety of uses – from the manufacturing of models, retainers, transparent splints and gingiva-coloured denture bases to customised trays and try-ins to sterilisable surgical guides for guided implantology. The products are developed exclusively by an interdisciplinary research team of dental technicians, dental engineers and chemists, who employ their practical knowledge as the basis for their work. The result: printed objects which impress with optimum precision and stability. The particularly practical highlight, as already mentioned, is that the V-Print products do not need to be shaken and are instead directly ready for use – that saves you time and energy!
