The COVID-19 virus is controlling the whole world over weeks now. VOCO too, is facing new challenges every day. Our primary goal is and remains the health of our customers, partners and obviously of our employees as well as their relatives. We have introduced extensive measures to achieve the best possible protection here. At the same time, we are working intensively on maintaining the business without limitations and thus ensure the supply of goods for our customers and their patients.
In order to ensure both a high level of safety and to avoid interrupting business operations, we have implemented the following measure, et al.:
- Our field service team visits practices and laboratories by appointment and in compliance with all hygiene and safety measures. In addition, our colleagues can, of course, be contacted by telephone and e-mail as usual.
- Personal appointments with customers, business partners or suppliers have been greatly reduced and only take place in compliance with all hygiene and protective measures. We continue to place the emphasis of communication on e-mails and telephone calls as well as telephone and video conferences.
- Numerous hygiene measures have been implemented at our Cuxhaven headquarters. Our employees are intensively supervised and trained. Hygiene concepts for the colleagues of the field service are also controlled from here.
The production is currently running normally, so that you can order all materials as usual. The order processing continues with the same time and quality.
