With the FOLLOW-ME! Technology Group, developer of the leading dental CAM software hyperDENT®, VOCO is now expanding its network of Trusted Partners with a recognised specialist in CAM software. The aim of the cooperation is to enable the reliable and efficient processing of VOCO milling materials in open milling systems.
In the scope of the cooperation, CAM processing strategies for the nanoceramic hybrid materials Grandio blocs and Grandio disc were defined and validated in the hyperDENT® software. Dental technicians benefit from time-saving CAM workflows, process reliability and validated results – and that from individual teeth up to large-span restorations. The materials can be processed reliably on selected, tested milling machines from the manufacturers vhf, imes-icore and DGSHAPE. An overview of the compatible milling machines can be found in VOCO’s Trusted Partner list – further manufacturers will be added in the coming months.
The right material for every occasion – from crowns to framework constructions
VOCO has been developing high-quality materials from composite in Germany for more than 40 years. With the CAD/CAM portfolio of nanoceramic hybrids for indirect restorations, VOCO is now setting new standards: the completely polymerised composites Grandio blocs and Grandio disc with a filler content of 86% are the strongest in their class and produce results of outstanding similarity to natural teeth. Restorations can be positioned flexibly in Grandio disc multicolor, recreating a natural colour gradient from the incisal edge to tooth neck. The materials are indicated for the manufacture of crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers and implant-retained crowns as well as the veneering of framework constructions.
