CAD/CAM Portfolio from VOCO integrated into exocad software

More choice for your practice and lab

(Neu)

The dental material manufacturer VOCO and the CAD/CAM software company exocad are broadening their cooperation: for all composite milling materials, as well as for the entire 3D printing portfolio and the 3D printers of the SolFlex series, all design parameters are now stored using exocad CAD software. Alongside the VOCO 3D printing materials of the V-Print series, this is also true for numerous other 3D printers, for example from the manufacturers Rapid Shape or ASIGA. This means that, from now, exocad users can work fully supported with all CAD/CAM products from VOCO. Because all data and necessary parameters are integrated into the software, practices and laboratories benefit from comfortable use and valuable time savings.

Materials for additive manufacturing developed in-house

The resins of the V-Print family, which can be used in DLP printers, incorporate decades of expertise from the application area of light-curing filling materials. This know-how will be further developed for the digital workflow to achieve the highest degree of user-friendliness.

The proposition covers numerous indications - from models, transparent splints and gingiva-coloured denture bases, to materials for casting and pressing technology, individual spoons, Try-In prototype models for dentures and drilling templates for navigated implantology. VOCO is cooperating with renowned system partners like ASIGA, Rapid Shape and Microlay. The constantly growing prospectus of partner printers, to which V-Print printing materials can be aligned, can be found at www.voco.de/3dprintingpartners

Materials for subtractive manufacturing

VOCO offers various blanks that are suitable for numerous well-known milling units for the manufacture of restorations by CAD/CAM milling: while the nano-hybrid technology-based Grandio blocs (as blocks), and Grandio disc (as discs) are intended for the manufacture of permanent restorations, the CAD/CAM Composite Structure CAD is suitable for milling durable temporary crowns and bridges.
