Bifix Veneer LC: Veneer luting with optimised workflow

The particularly aesthetic light-curing nano-hybrid luting composite filled with

Veneers have become indispensable in modern dentistry and are becoming increasingly popular due their aesthetics and durability. However, maximum precision and aesthetics are essential when luting these delicate restorations. The choice of luting material and the exact positioning of the veneer have a decisive effect on the aesthetic result and the long-term stability of the restoration. And this is exactly where the new Bifix Veneer LC comes into play. The particularly aesthetic light-curing nano-hybrid luting composite filled with 81 % by weight was specially developed for the simple and safe adhesive luting of veneers, inlays and onlays made of composite or ceramic.

Simple and safe for a brilliant end result

The sophisticated shade concept with the three shades bright, clear and warm makes placing veneers easy and enable a positive effect on the aesthetic result. This means the shade appearance of the veneers can be precisely adjusted to the neighbouring teeth. The shade clear enables the restoration to be whitened. On the other hand, if the shade appearance of the veneer is too light, the shade warm is the right choice to darken the overall picture a bit.

Thanks to the precisely coordinated try-in pastes, choosing the right shade is easy. As the pastes make placing the veneer easy, the final result can be checked in advance. Residues are easy to remove as the try-in pastes are water-soluble.

Excellent handling for precise results

The consistency of the lusting composite has a significant effect on the handling. With Bifix Veneer LC the dentist benefits from an optimally adjusted viscosity. The material is firm enough so that it does not run when applied to the veneer and is at the same time flowable enough to enable easy and definitive positioning on the tooth. The material can be precisely dosed and applied using the specially designed application cannula. In contrast to conventional metal cannulas, the plastic cannula ensures that the veneer is not damaged or discoloured. Furthermore, the new flexible Sticky Tim from VOCO makes the application easier. The application aid with adhesive tip ensures that the veneer can be securely picked up and placed. Removing excess material is also very easy: by briefly polishing the material, it is brought to an elastic consistency and can be removed effortlessly.

Bifix Veneer LC and the associated try-in pastes in the shades bright, clear and warm come together in a set and are also available as individual syringes. The system set offers all the components required for the complete veneer luting workflow for an ideal start. From try-in pastes try-in, bonding agents, coupling silane to the new Sticky Tim application aid, and lusting composites, everything is included here. VOCO therefore offers and all-round perfect solution for the successful integration of veneers that fulfils the highest aesthetic and functional requirements.
